Official Rules

1. Sponsors. This KTLA 5 Kia Forum Sweepstakes September-October 2025 (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KTLA, 5800 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA, 90028 (“Station”), Forum Entertainment, LLC, 3900 W. Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, CA, 90305 (“Kia Forum”) and Kia America, Inc., 111 Peters Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92606 (“Kia”) (collectively, the “Sponsors”). This Sweepstakes is void outside of the State of California and where prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these “Official Rules,” including the interpretation of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

APPLE IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST.  THE SPONSORS IS/ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE PRIZE(S) LISTED HEREIN.  THE PRIZE(S) WON ARE NOT APPLE PRODUCTS, NOR ARE THEY RELATED TO APPLE IN ANY WAY.  THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ORGANIZING THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND DISTRIBUTING THE PRIZE(S) ARE THE SPONSORS’ RESPONSIBILITIES. 2. Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents, physically reside within KTLA’s viewing area (Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, Kern and Inyo counties in California), and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors, Nexstar Media Group, Inc., the other television and radio stations and multichannel video programming distributors in KTLA’s viewing area, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and prize providers (including anyone who prepares and/or distributes Sweepstakes materials) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household of all the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, partners, grandparents, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, siblings, children and grandchildren, and the term “persons living in the same household” includes those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

*NOTE:  PART OF THE PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY ONLY BE REDEEMED VIA A SPONSOR DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP. Consequently, the eligible entrant randomly selected as the winner must be willing and able to redeem the prize via an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, AXS, etc.). Such third-party application is readily available and free to download and operate. The Sweepstakes Entities are not associated with the third-party app and are not responsible for any third-party app matters, including, but not limited to, procurement, use, technical issues, administrative, legal or privacy related claims.

Entrants are eligible to win a KTLA contest or sweepstakes only once (1) every sixty (60) days. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in this Sweepstakes. Entrants are only eligible to win a prize valued at six-hundred dollars ($600.00) or more once (1) every six (6) months. Text, data, or messaging rates may apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period; How to Enter. This Sweepstakes will begin at 6:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 30, 2025 and all entries must be received at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 5, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Station’s designated computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit digital-release.ktla.com/contests, click the link for the Kia Forum Sweepstakes, and complete and submit the entry form. Entrants must include their e-mail address, their first and last name, phone number, postal code and birthdate, and phone number in their entry form in order to enter. Entrants must complete and submit the entry form with all required information for the entry to be eligible.

A maximum of one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. Sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer, telephone service outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, busy signals, hang-ups, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other network or technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing their online entry, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form, or the Official Rules. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

An entrant may use only one (1) email address to submit entries during the Sweepstakes. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one entry, the entrant will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning the e-mail address or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any automated or computer-generated entries, fake or duplicate identities, spam, or improper techniques (as determined by the Sponsors) will be disqualified. Any questions regarding the validity, completeness, or number of entries submitted by an individual or the identity of the authorized account holder of an e-mail address, phone number, or social media profile shall be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who acts in a disruptive, harassing, vulgar, or unsportsmanlike manner, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Sweepstakes (electronic or otherwise) or if technical difficulties (e.g., infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors) compromise the security, fairness, integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted online at digital-release.ktla.com/contests. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. Entries not conforming to announced entry specifications will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sweepstakes Entities may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) campaign, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By entering this Sweepstakes online, entrants consent to KTLA’s Terms of Use located at https://www.nexstar.tv/terms-of-use/ and KTLA’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.nexstar.tv/privacy-policy/. Participants may be given the option to receive further communication (i.e., emails, specific offers, etc.) from the Sweepstakes Entities; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon an entrant’s consent to receive such emails. If entrants opt in to receive communications from Kia, entrants consent to Kia’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.kia.com/us/en/privacy. Opting in to receive further communications does not improve an entrant’s chances of becoming a prize winner. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsors. By entering, entrants grant the Sweepstakes Entities the non-exclusive right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, entry materials, and biographical information in any media whatsoever, including on the air on the Station and on www.digital-release.ktla.com, for any purpose whatsoever, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further authorization from or obligation or compensation to the entrant, except for the awarding of the prize to the winner. Entrants represent and warrant that the materials submitted will not infringe or violate any right whatsoever, including, without limitation, any personal rights (e.g., defamation, privacy, false light, moral right, etc.) or any property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, right to ideas, etc.) of any person or entity and the use thereof will result in no third-party liability or obligations. The Sponsors reserve the right to reject and disqualify any submissions that do not meet the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. 

4. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize. There will be one (1) winner in this Sweepstakes.At or around 10:00 a.m. PT on October 6, 2025, the potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsors will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes and of selection of the winner. Decisions of Sponsors as to the selection of the winner will be final.

The winner will receive the following prize package:

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is five hundred fifty-nine dollars ($559.00). The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and winner will not receive the difference, in any, between the actual value of the prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. Sponsors will provide further instructions on how to redeem the electronic vouchers and other prize elements when winner claims the prize at the Station, as further described below.

The potential winner will be notified that they won by phone or e-mail (method to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours to maintain eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within this time period or fails to respond to any attempted contact, such potential winner will be disqualified, their entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to choose another potential winner by the process referred to above. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon the placing of a phone call or sending of an email. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email messages.

All results are unofficial until winner is verified by the Sponsors. Prize may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize. Prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties as to use, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose, and the Sponsors are not responsible for defective prizes. Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the prize is at the winner’s sole risk and Sponsors are not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize in their sole discretion without an on-air or off-air announcement, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

6. Conditions for Acceptance of the Prize. The winner must claim the prize in-person at the Station, located at 5800 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. PT – 5:00 p.m. PT), subject to change at Sponsors’ discretion, and Sponsors will provide further instructions to winner on how to redeem the prize elements. The prize must be claimed and all required paperwork and ID submissions must be completed by 5:00 p.m. PT on October 17, 2025 or another date as determined in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. Failure of the winner to fulfill these requirements will result in the forfeiture of entire prize package. Winner will be required to provide a valid government issued photo identification card and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and publicity and liability release (collectively, “Affidavit”) prior to receiving their prize. If any potential prize winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsors or if the prize or prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Sponsors may require the winner’s guests, invitees, or travel companions to sign liability releases prior to receiving the prize. Once all above actions have been completed, the prize will be downloaded to the designated third-party mobile ticketing app in use by the winner as described herein. All unclaimed or rejected prizes will be forfeited. Failure by the winner to respond to Sponsors’ messages, calls, e-mails or other notification will lead to forfeiture of the prize. Failure to completely fill out and sign all waivers, releases, or forms requested by the Sweepstakes Entities will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsors then have the right, at their discretion, to award that prize to another winner using the method described above. A winner who forfeits any prize is not eligible to win another contest or sweepstakes conducted by the Sponsors for thirty (30) days, at the Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. 

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner may receive an IRS 1099 Form or equivalent from the Sponsors. The Sponsors will report any individual winnings for tax purposes as required by law. Winner may be required to fill out any tax forms requested by the Sponsors in order to receive their prize.

Prize may not be altered in any way. Lost or stolen prize will not be reissued. Prize may not be sold and is not redeemable for cash, and neither cash nor credit will be issued for any unused portion of the prize. Prize may not be combined or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, event, promotion or experience.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees, on behalf of winner and on behalf of each guest of winner’s party, to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the performance venue at the time of their stay.

Winner will be solely responsible for any and all license and registration fees, accommodations, transportation costs, gratuities and all other items of an incidental nature. If applicable, hotel accommodations may require the winner to present a credit card for pre-authorization of a set amount of funds put on hold to cover incidental costs and other fees not included in the prize. Entrants are encouraged to contact the hotel directly for more information about pre-authorized amounts required for incidental costs and fees. All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, the Sponsors are not responsible for any weather changes, pandemic, epidemic or extenuating circumstances relating to a prize received. The Sponsors are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing winner with any form of compensation for events that are delayed or canceled. All delays and cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event or concert cancellations, trip schedule changes, pandemic, stay at home orders, flight cancellations, changes in travel arrangements, travel delays of any form and duration, game cancellations and delays, as well as all acts of nature. The Sponsors are not responsible for any expenses incurred by Sweepstakes winner as a result of such delays or cancellations. Sponsors will not be responsible for failure to supply the prize by reason of any force majeure events, such as acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, pandemic, stay at home order, unusually severe weather, labor strikes, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors.

The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsors. The winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsors consent in writing.  In the event a prize winner (and/or their companion) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsors or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the applicable experience early. Decisions regarding the conduct of the winner and companion in all aspects of their participation in the prize event/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsors, and any of Sponsors’ representatives and final and binding in all respects. Winner and companion may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act. If a winner or companion who, in the opinion of Sponsors or any of Sponsors’ representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, they may be removed from any premises relating to the prize and winner consents to such removal.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner  grants to the Sweepstakes Entities their irrevocable, sub-licensable, right and permission to have their name, voice, likeness, biographical information, and entry materials used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes, and in any media and by all manners (now and hereafter known) whatsoever, including, without limitation, the Station and on www.digital-release.ktla.com, for any purpose whatsoever, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further obligation, authorization or compensation, except for the awarding of the prize to the winner.

7. Social Media. For contests or sweepstakes promoted on Facebook, X (f/k/a Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, iHeartRadio, or any other social media website (each, a “Social Media Site” and collectively, the “Social Media Sites”), the Sponsors reserve the right to void any entrant’s entry in the Sweepstakes for failure to abide by the guidelines, policies, or procedures of the applicable Social Media Site, and to delete or remove any of entrant’s related “Likes,” comments, posts, tweets, videos, photos, user generated content, or other electronic messages, communications, or submissions at their discretion. The Sponsors also reserve the right to block, ignore, report, and/or completely prevent any entrant, account, user, or profile from accessing the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsors’ profile(s), account(s), website(s), blog(s) or handle(s). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Sites. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the Social Media Sites harmless from any or all claims, liability, damages, judgments, fines, costs, expenses related to or associated with their participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants understand that by logging-in to the applicable Social Media Site, that they agree to comply with the Social Media Site’s Terms of Service, and that their personal information is subject to the Privacy Policies and information collection practices of the Social Media Site. Entrants agree that the Sponsors are not responsible for the collection, disclosure, transfer, or dissemination of their personal information, whether directly or indirectly, by third party advertisers, marketers, or any other transferees, by using such Social Media Sites.

8. Waivers, Disclaimers and Release. All entrants agree to follow the Official Rules and release, discharge, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective members, managers, equity holders, officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, partners, agents, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, damages, costs (including attorneys’ fees) or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to entrant’s or any other person’s equipment or other property, or to their persons) or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity (including travel to/from any Sweepstakes activity, such as the prize event); (ii) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property; and (iii) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants agree that the Released Parties have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Entrants agree and that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration and/or account information; any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.  Each entrant further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Released Parties and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the following statement:

I expressly understand that Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California provides substantially as follows: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The provisions of this Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction are hereby expressly waived.

9. Governing Law; Limitation on Liability. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsors or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR OTHERWISE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SPONSORS’ WEBSITE OR OTHER RESPECTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA SITES, OR ANY DOWNLOADING FROM OR PRINTING MATERIAL FROM THESE WEBSITES OR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. EVERYTHING ON THESE WEBSITES OR OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. WINNERS AGREE THAT ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Disputes. You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Dispute Resolution, Class Action Waiver and Jurisdiction and Venue sections of KTLA’s Terms of Use, located at https://www.nexstar.tv/terms-of-use/. These sections of KTLA’s Terms of Use require you to, among other things, resolve disputes individually, without resort to any form of class action.

11. Reservation of Rights. Sponsors reserve the right to make changes to these Official Rules in their sole discretion which will become effective upon announcement. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes for any reason, including, without limitation, in the event that it cannot be run or administered as intended by the Sponsors. Any such changes or termination will be announced on KTLA and at digital-release.ktla.com/contests.

For a copy of these Official Rules and/or the name of the winner, please go to digital-release.ktla.com/contests or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “KTLA-TV, KTLA 5 KIA FORUM SWEEPSTAKES SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2025” and include “Winner’s List” or “Official Rules” on the envelope, to 5800 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA, 90028, within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

13. Miscellaneous. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion.
