Something for the Summer: A Preview of the National Day of the Cowboy and Cowgirl

Honoring the cowboy legacy of Johnny Zamrzla, we are invited to join the Autry for Something For The Summer: A Preview of the National Day of the Cowboy and Cowgirl! Enjoy extended museum hours until 7:30 p.m. and family-friendly activities for cowfolk of all ages.

There will be trick ropers on the plaza, cowboy poetry, live music on the plaza, country line dancing lessons, film screenings and docent led tours. Guests will be able to visit the newest exhibition Black Cowboys: An American Story and see exhibitions Cowboy Gallery, Imagined Wests, and Western Frontiers: Stories of Fact and Fiction.
