New at Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County the exhibition “Fierce! The Story of Cats” From saber tooths to household kitty cats, the exhibit explores their unique behaviors, evolution, biology, and deep connection with humans.
Spanning continents and the ages, “Fierce!” includes interactive displays, hands-on activities that will get you thinking like a cat, cultural objects, a nod to cats in pop culture, and a special focus on iconic cats of Los Angeles.
This exhibition making its West Coast debut, offers an up-close-and-personal experience that highlights the beauty, diversity, and predatory skills of felines, and illuminates the importance of protecting the world’s wild cats and their habitats.
