Come the New Year, hundreds of new laws will be in effect in California, including minimum wage laws.
According to the Labor Commissioner’s Office, all minimum wage employees in the state will see a slight pay increase, from $16 to $16.50 per hour, come New Year’s Day.
Still, some cities will have higher minimum wages than others.
