Randy’s Donuts is opening its fifth and newest location in Pasadena Wednesday.
The grand opening for the new shop, located at 230 S. Lake Ave., will take place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to a news release.
All customers will receive a free raised glazed donut between 6 a.m. and noon Wednesday. Those who follow Randy’s Donuts @randysdonutsla on Instagram can pick up a free raised glazed donut between noon and 9 p.m., the news release stated.
Randy’s also announced its partnership with local company Jones Coffee Roasters at the Pasadena location.

“Coffee and donuts are a package deal, and we’re excited to announce our menu partnership with Jones Coffee Roasters at our new Pasadena location.” said Mark Kelegian, president of Randy’s Donuts.
In addition to a variety of coffee drinks, Randy’s says the new shop will sell breakfast sandwiches, French toast donuts and more.
KTLA reporter Megan Telles was given a special honor at the new location. An image of her holding a Dodgers donut while reporting from the Inglewood shop can be seen in the wallpaper.
Randy’s original Inglewood location has become a popular tourist destination because of its famous 32-foot tall donut that sits on top.
