Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters is a popular art show running from July 31 through Aug. 30. The festival features over 100 Orange County artists, along with live music, entertainment, and more.
KTLA’s Megan Telles was live in Laguna Beach with a preview of the event and had a chance to talk to some of the artists and appreciate their work.
