A video going viral shows a Spirit employee losing her cool as scores of passengers wait near a gate.
“Everyone’s gonna shut up and we’re gonna say this once and we’re only gonna say it again because we’re frustrated as hell,” the exasperated employee can be heard saying.
Spirit Airlines told Inside Edition that two employees have been suspended because of the incident.
“We apologize to our Guests for this experience, which does not reflect Spirit’s high standards for Guest service,” Spirit said in a statement.
