A man was found shot to death in an “oddly parked” car in Compton Wednesday morning.
Deputies responded to the 700 block of West 131st Street just before 3:30 a.m. for reports of a person down inside a vehicle, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release.
Upon arrival, deputies found a car “on the side of the street oddly parked,” and inside was an unresponsive man who had sustained gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene.
