A man was shot during an argument with three other men in Hollywood early Thursday morning.
The man, whose identity has not been released, was walking on Lexington Avenue near Cherokee Avenue a few minutes before 4:15 a.m. when he was approached by the trio of attackers, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
After they began arguing, one of the three men pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and shot the victim, police said.
He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
The three other men fled in a vehicle headed west on Lexington Avenue.
No arrests have been made, and police said it’s unknown if the attack was gang-related.
