Police were called to a Hollywood Hills neighborhood to investigate a possible burglary early Tuesday morning.
The incident was reported just before 2:30 a.m. at a home on Thrasher Avenue near Tanager Way.
Video showed officers and private security workers searching the property for evidence of a break-in.
It was initially unclear if anyone got into the home or if anything was taken.
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson later announced that despite an extensive search no evidence of a burglary was found.
