A couple of Los Angeles families woke up to unpleasant Mother’s Day deliveries on Sunday.
A pair of KTLA viewers submitted videos showing a delivery driver for Amazon pull down her shorts and relieve herself in the front yards of two Woodland Hills homes.
Amazon later confirmed to KTLA that the woman will no longer be delivering packages on the company’s behalf.
In the first video, the woman is shown climbing the homeowner’s front porch stairs on Sunday to deliver a package. The home security footage showed what appeared to be a completely normal occurrence — until it wasn’t.

When the delivery driver walks away from the porch, she looks to be pulling up her pants. On the nearby porch, there sat what appeared to be human feces. The ground in front of the fecal matter appeared to be wet from an unknown substance as well.
The viewer submitted another video of the planter outside of the property, where a dirty paper towel was left on the ground.
After seeing KTLA’s initial coverage of the first video, another family submitted a video showing what appears to be the same woman entering through their wooden gate and delivering a package before dropping her shorts and urinating on the brick walkway.
The footage was taken at about 6:06 a.m. Sunday.

The woman’s face is clearly visible, and she appears to make eye contact with the homeowner’s Ring camera at one point.
When asked for a statement, Amazon provided the following to KTLA:
“We’re deeply disturbed by the unacceptable behavior of this delivery driver and apologize to the customers involved. We immediately identified the driver and they are no longer delivering on behalf of Amazon.”
No additional details were immediately made available.
