Slice House by Tony Gemignani is now serving its New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas to theme park visitors with the opening of a new location at Universal CityWalk.
In addition to pizza, available by slice or as a whole pie, the menu also includes pasta, wings, salads and desserts. Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
The CityWalk location will also offer an exclusive “Hot Mario” pizza slice, developed in partnership with “Access Hollywood” host Mario Lopez, according to Theme Park Insider. The Hot Mario features tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, hot honey sausage, ricotta, Tony G’s Hot Calabrese Pepper Oil, Rosi’s Hot Stinger Chili Oil, serrano peppers, chili strands and agave garlic.
The outdoor shopping and dining location has been without a fast-casual pizza chain since Blaze Pizza closed in 2022 to make way for the expansion of the Starbucks Coffee next door, according to WDW News Today.
Slice House has locations throughout California, as well as in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
