Two suspects in a stolen vehicle were arrested after leading police on a pursuit in Orange County.

The suspects were identified as Sebastian Haro Grajeda, 32, and Brandie Nicole Dillman, 33, both Banning residents, according to the Irvine Police Department.

On Feb. 14, Costa Mesa police pursued a stolen truck onto the 405 Freeway. Officers eventually stopped chasing the suspects due to public safety reasons.

A short time later, Irvine police spotted the stolen car on Rosa Drew Lane. The truck was abandoned and the suspects fled on foot.

Officers began searching the area and with the help of a helicopter from Huntington Beach police, the male driver was located and taken into custody.

The female passenger was later found hiding inside a car that was parked in a garage. 

The driver, Grajeda, was charged with possessing a stolen car. The passenger, Dillman, was charged with burglary, vandalism, and narcotics offenses. 

“Thank you, Huntington Beach Police Department and Costa Mesa Police Department, for your quick response to help,” Irvine police said.
