You’ve goat to be kidding me. A Laguna Beach resident was shocked to find a rogue goat atop her four-story home after it went AWOL recently from a herd working nearby.

Bobbi Straus said her neighbor was the first to notice the goat standing on the roof chomping on some palm trees.

“He was out there for about an hour. He did some work on that palm tree,” Straus said. “I got a little bit nervous that if he fell, it’s four stories down.”

Straus said the goat was part of a nearby herd helping with fire prevention by chewing on some dry brush nearby.

“It’s a happy story … He got off of the roof safely and back with his herd,” Straus said.

Straus said the goats are brought about once a year to help with the brush.
