A hospital needs help identifying an injured man who has been hospitalized for over two weeks.

On Feb. 20, the man was found at Edison Trails Park in Monterey Park.

He was transported to the Los Angeles General Medical Center where he remains hospitalized. He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him.

He is described as a 79-year-old man who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 124 pounds. He has hazel eyes, gray hair and a small build.

The extent of his injuries was not released. Workers are hoping to locate his loved ones.
