A suspect remains at large after a man was found stabbed to death in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.

Los Angeles police responded to reports of a man down on the 100 block of Rossmore Avenue around 3:50 p.m.

Arriving officers located the male victim with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect fled the area before LAPD arrived.

Details on the case, including the victim’s identity and the circumstances leading up to the deadly stabbing, were not released. 

Photos from the scene showed police cordoning off a neighborhood street as authorities investigated.

Police did not provide a description of the suspect.
