A pair of suspects in a white Chevrolet SUV eventually entered the 110 Freeway, which is when the Redondo Beach Police Department handed the pursuit to the California Highway Patrol. The suspects drove all the way up to downtown L.A. on the 110 and 10 freeways, and eventually began driving back down south.

While in South L.A., the suspects lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a center divider near Imperial Highway, leading to a rollover.

The two suspects, identified only as men, attempted to hide in a nearby bush before they were caught and taken into custody, KNN reports.

It’s not yet clear why they were wanted or if they suffered any injuries in the crash.

No additional details were immediately made available.
