Two masked men were caught on video intruding into an upscale home in what the owner of the house — and police — say is the second burglary there in three days.

Preliminary information indicates that the latest incident occurred late Friday night at a home on Hesperia Avenue in the Encino neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.

There was no note of anything being taken in Friday night’s burglary, according to an LAPD spokesperson.

“LAPD responded to a burglary call at 11:15 p.m. [involving] four to five male suspects wearing black,” the spokesperson said. “The suspects got away in [what is believed to be] a grey four-door sedan.”

The make and model of the sedan is not known.

Video obtained by KTLA shows two masked men walking through the upper level of the residence as the home security alarm blared. The suspects fled shortly after tripping the alarm.

Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to KTLA shortly before 9 a.m. Saturday that the residence was in fact hit twice.

According to the homeowner, these may be the same perpetrators connected to the last incident, which was also caught on home surveillance video.

This burglary occurred in the middle of the afternoon on Tuesday, according to both police and the homeowner, the latter of whom also claimed that the suspects broke a window to get in while people were inside. They were seen running off when another individual arrived at the house.

While authorities were not initially able to connect the two burglary reports to the same suspects, they did state that the caller described them as two men, one heavy-set and one with a light build and both of whom were wearing dark clothing.

The homeowners stated that this is the sixth time their home has been hit.

The influx of break-ins in the area has left neighbors worried and frustrated, with many saying they’re afraid to leave their homes unattended or elderly residents alone inside.

“It’s very unsettling,” said Yvonne Padilla, a local resident. “We’ve been thinking about moving out and not just from [the neighborhood], but out of California itself. I feel like we’re not as safe as we used to be.”

No further information surrounding the suspects was released. Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to call the LAPD at 1-877-527-3247.
