The Los Angeles Dodgers are bringing the World Series celebrations home after winning their 8th World Series title by beating the New York Yankees Wednesday night.
Whether you want to attend the celebrations or enjoy the festivities from the comfort of your home, here’s what you need to know about the Dodgers’ World Series celebrations.
The Events
A World Series parade for the Boys in Blue will take place on Friday starting at 11 a.m. The parade will start at L.A. City Hall before taking a right-hand turn on 1st Street and traveling down to Grand Avenue. After driving down Grand, the team will turn again on 5th Street and wrap up near the L.A. Central Library.

The team announced that members of the Dodgers will be traveling on double-decker buses.
This will be the first time the Dodgers will have a World Series parade since 1988. Even though the team won the World Series in 2020, the parade was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dodgers fans can also celebrate the Dodgers’ World Series win at Dodger Stadium. The ticketed event will include live entertainment, food and exclusive Dodgers merchandise.
How to Attend
Attendees going to the parade are encouraged to take public transportation due to expected road closures and limited parking.
Fans interested in the ticketed event at Dodger Stadium can purchase tickets on the Dodgers’ official website starting at noon.
Fans attending the stadium event can enter beginning at 9 a.m., with gates opening for parking at 8:30 a.m.
How to Watch
For those who prefer to enjoy the festivities at home, coverage of both events will be shown live on KTLA 5 beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday.
